Experience. Founded in 1976, The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is a non-profit, Medicare certified, home health agency that has been providing quality home health care to Florida residents of all ages for over 40 years.
Wide Array of Services. We offer a comprehensive range of homecare services, including skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapies, personal care, chronic illness management, Alzheimer’s care, medical social workers, and more. Award-winning care. We are currently rated 4.5 out of 5 stars* by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) because our patients are less likely to return to the hospital following our home care services.
Flexibility. Our home visits can range from one hour to 24-hours, depending on the client’s unique needs. Our services are often covered by Medicare, however we also accept health insurance, self-pay, VA benefits, and more. For more information on methods of payment, visit our FAQs page.
Options. We currently provide services in 15 counties across Florida. In addition to our home health services, we also own and operate three assisted living communities—Grand Oaks of Palm City, Grand Oaks of Jensen Beach, and Grand Oaks of Okeechobee.
