Grand Oaks Assisted Living Communities
In 2011, VNA of Florida opened its first assisted living community in Okeechobee, Florida. We’ve learned much since then, and have continued to expand, opening a second community in
2014 in Jensen Beach, and a third that opened the fall of 2016 in Palm City.
We provide free memory screenings under the charitable arm of our organization, the Visiting Nurse Foundation. Our Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Nicolette Christie, conducts
these memory screenings throughout South Florida to address the growing population suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia.
